Jason Lee
MD, ABPMR, CLCP, CIME
Dr. Lee is a Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Medical Examiner. He is also a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician and is the Medical Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation at University of North Carolina Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC. Dr. Lee attended medical school at East Carolina University. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Vidant Medical Center and served as a United States Navy Corpsman for five years. He has multiple years of experience writing life care plans and performing medical examinations for plaintiff and defense clients. Dr. Lee is a medical reviewer for the North Carolina Medical Board and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
