Sydney is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over 10 years of expertise in vocational rehabilitation. Qualified as an expert witness by the Social Security Administration, she specializes in conducting earning capacity evaluations for plaintiff and defense cases analyzing a person’s ability to work and earn wages after an accident or injury. She also provides earning capacity evaluations services in marital dissolution and employment law cases. Her expertise extends to a broad range of services, including vocational testing, skills analysis, labor market surveys, and the development of rehabilitation plans. Sydney earned her master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University, and holds a certificate in Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Florida. She is active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
